These are our conditions for assessments, phase 0 and pilots. The full text travels with every quotation and is available on request. Version of 4 September 2026.
What applies to every assignment

| Each step stands alone | Assessment, phase 0 and pilot are separate assignments. After each one there is a real decision to continue or to stop; you buy one step at a time, and only that step |
| Payment, assessments | On delivery of the report, within 14 days |
| Payment, phase 0 and pilots | Half on order, half on delivery, within 30 days |
| Work on site | Assessments are delivered remotely. A visit to your office is quoted to measure and confirmed in writing before the order |
| The report is yours | You may use, copy and share the report inside your own organisation, including with your auditor and your supervisory board |
| Our software stays ours | NEXZOS and its documentation remain the property of TresBizz BV. A pilot carries a licence for the workstations named in the order, for the duration of the pilot |
| Confidentiality | Both ways. What we see of your estate stays with us, what you see of our architecture stays with you, for five years after the assignment |
| Personal data | Where we process personal data on your behalf, a processing agreement is part of the assignment. The template is available before you order |
| Liability | Limited to the amount of the assignment concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence |
| Escrow, audit and exit | Can be arranged and are open for discussion per agreement. It is an offer that is arranged with the agreement, and we say so plainly |
| Law and court | Belgian law, courts of Brussels. For Dutch public bodies we accept ARBIT-2022 instead, in which case those conditions prevail over these |
On procurement. Splitting one assignment to stay under a threshold is prohibited, and we abide by that. What makes this ladder lawful is that every step is a standalone assignment with its own deliverable, its own price and a genuine go or no-go. That wording is in every quotation, so your lawyer can read it for themselves.
