What we collect and when it is deleted
This site exists to start a conversation. The only personal data we hold is what you send us yourself, plus the technical minimum a web server needs to stay secure. Last revised on 8 September 2026.
Who is responsible
TresBizz BV, 231 Avenue Louise, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, VAT and BCE/KBO BE 1033.718.409, is the controller. Questions about your data go to nexzos@tresbizz.com or +32 (0) 2 393 50 50, and they reach the team directly.
What we collect
| Where it comes from | What it is | Why | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact form | Name, organisation, work email address, subject, your message | To answer your question, article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in replying to a business enquiry | 24 months after the last contact, then deleted |
| Demo booking | The same details, plus the number of workstations and the slot you chose | To hold the appointment and send the invitation, article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before a possible agreement | 24 months after the demo, then deleted |
| Assessment or pilot | The contact and invoicing details of the assignment | To perform the agreement and to keep our accounts | As long as Belgian accounting law requires |
| Web server | IP address, page requested, time, browser identification | To keep the site available and to detect abuse | 7 days, then deleted automatically |
| Every visit | Shortened IP address, page requested, referring page, time, device type, country and language | To see which pages are read and where visitors get stuck, legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f) GDPR | 13 months, after that only totals at group level |
To stay out of the count, switch on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser; Matomo honours both. You can also opt out below, and this site will then skip your visit for as long as you want.
What this site does and deliberately leaves out
Cookie-free measurement
We count visits with Matomo on our own server in the European Union, cookie-free. That is why this site stays free of a cookie banner.
One measurement script of our own
It sits on our own domain and keeps everything there. Your IP address is shortened on arrival. Advertising pixels, social plug-ins and fingerprinting are absent.
Video on our own server
The demo video is served from our own server. Watching it tells nobody else that you did.
Forms on our own server
The forms run on our own infrastructure, so your message goes straight to us.
Why this matters to your DPO. A supplier who sells data protection has to be able to show it on its own website first. Everything above is verifiable in your browser, on the network tab, in under a minute.
Who else sees your data
Our hosting provider and our mail provider, both inside the European Union, and the calendar in which a demo is booked. Each of them acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Everything stays within that circle and within the European Economic Area; sale to or sharing with advertisers or data brokers remains excluded.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, transfer, and you may object to the processing. Write to nexzos@tresbizz.com and we answer within 30 days, in practice much sooner.
Still unhappy with the answer? You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority in Brussels, or to the supervisory authority of your own country, such as the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands or the CNIL in France.
