This page asks the same questions the calculators elsewhere ask, gathered in one place and a good deal more complete. You enter your own estate by device class, tick which applications run on it, and watch the estimate move with you. We send a formal quotation within one working day based on exactly these lines.

One line per device class, with type, year built and specification. The estate total sets the number of workstations in the estimate. The classes that stay below the Windows 11 requirements are the machines you would otherwise replace; machines that just make it after a firmware change count separately, because that is a cheap step.
3. Your applications
Tick what runs in your organisation; several at once is fine. Search in the box or browse the groups, and type your own name at the bottom for each line-of-business application still missing. Category and delivery form are set correctly from the start and stay editable; the route follows from the delivery form and can be overridden per line.
